Meditation for children

Sensory awareness is the practice of paying attention to our senses - what we see, hear, taste, smell and touch - in the present moment, without judgment. It is important for children aged 6 and over, as it helps them to regulate their emotions, develop self-awareness and manage stress.

TIBETAN TONGLEN
Healing meditation

Tibetan tonglen, or "give and take" practice, is a meditative technique aimed at cultivating compassion and reducing our suffering while mentally accepting the pain of others. It is a healing meditation. It promotes emotional resilience and encourages altruism.
