TIBETAN TONGLEN

Tonglen is a Tibetan meditation practice rooted in the Buddhist tradition. The term "Tonglen" comes from the Tibetan words "tong" (to send) and "len" (to receive), which together mean "to give and to take" or "to send and to receive".
